Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we are no longer offering pre-bookable routine GP appointments.
Instead, for advice from your GP you have 2 options:-
(1) For urgent, same day medical problems, our triage line is open between 8.30am and 9.30am. Our staff will ask for a brief history of your problem and a doctor will phone you back. In some circumstances the GP may ask you to attend for a face-to-face consultation. Please be assured that we are trying to make the surgery as safe as possible for the small number of patients being asked to attend.
(2) Our practice has a limited number of daily routine phone appointments. These are booked on a first come first served basis. Again, reception will ask you for a brief history of your problem. Please answer openly and honestly so we know how best to help you. A GP will call you back throughout the day.
For either option please make sure you are available to take their call.
If you are phoning for blood test results please ring reception after 2.00pm.
Please note that our practice has a zero tolerance abuse policy. Our staff are working exceptionally hard during these difficult times to provide a safe service. Abuse of any kind, either verbal or physical to our staff will not be tolerated.
