Important message from Linenhall Medical Practice

We have changed to a new IT system.

We ask you to be patient with our staff at this time while they are training on the new system.

If you were previously registered for online services, we've started the process of setting up your account. You will receive an email in due course with registration information. As we need to email each patient separately, we appreciate your patience. Please also check your spam folder, as some patients have found the email there. There is still disruption to our online appointment system.

For patients not previously registered for online services and would now like to do so, please call into our reception to complete a registration form bringing appropriate photographic identification.

 In the meantime you can order your prescriptions via our prescription line on 028 92 674424.

OUR SURGERY OPENING HOURS ARE:

8:30AM -1PM 

2PM - 6PM

(TELEPHONE LINES CLOSE AT 5:30PM)

IN AN EMERGENCY DURING 1-2PM AND 5:30-6PM PLEASE CALL THE SURGERY AS NORMAL AND PRESS OPTION 1

Please note our GPs DO NOT access Encompass for any third party results.  It is the responsibility of the Clinician requesting the test to follow up with the results.  Please do not ask our staff to request a GP to look up results that they have not requested as this is unsafe practice.

Total DNAs (Did Not Attend) during OCTOBER 2025:
62 patients did not attend their appointment in the Blood Room.
25 patients did not attend the Treatment Room Nurse/Practice Nurse.
35 patients did not attend their appointment with the GP.

Please help us to provide a better service by cancelling your appointment in good time.
