2PM - 6PM (TELEPHONE LINES CLOSE AT 5:30PM)

IN AN EMERGENCY DURING 1-2PM AND 5:30-6PM PLEASE CALL THE SURGERY AS NORMAL AND PRESS OPTION 1

REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

You can order repeat prescriptions on our repeat prescription line on 028 92 674424 or by registering for Patient Services using the form below.

PLEASE NOTE THAT FROM MONDAY 8TH APRIL THE REPEAT LINE WILL OPERATE FOR 24 HOURS DURING WEEK DAYS ONLY

Please allow at least 72 before collecting at your local pharmacy.

COPIES ARE ALSO AVAILABLE AT RECEPTION

THIS SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR PATIENTS UNDER 16 YEARS OLD

Please note our GPs DO NOT access Encompass for any third party results.  It is the responsibility of the Clinician requesting the test to follow up with the results.  Please do not ask our staff to request a GP to look up results that they have not requested as this is unsafe practice.
