Important message from Linenhall Medical Practice

If you were previously registered for online services, we have now completed the process of setting up your account. You should have received an email with registration information. Please also check your spam folder, as some patients have found the email there. We hope to have online appointments available in the next few weeks.

For patients not previously registered for online services and would now like to do so, please call into our reception to complete a registration form bringing appropriate photographic identification.

IN AN EMERGENCY DURING 1-2PM AND 5:30-6PM PLEASE CALL THE SURGERY AS NORMAL AND PRESS OPTION 1

Please note our GPs DO NOT access Encompass for any third party results.  It is the responsibility of the Clinician requesting the test to follow up with the results.  Please do not ask our staff to request a GP to look up results that they have not requested as this is unsafe practice.

                                                         Total DNA's (Did not attend) during February 2026:    266 appointments

                                                  This includes GP, Practice Nurse, Blood Room and Treatment Room appointments.

                                  Patients complain that they cannot get an appointment, yet in 1 month alone a total of 266 appointments were not                                                        attended. Please help us to provide a better service by cancelling your appointment in good time.
